It automatically updates stock levels after each transaction.

• Warehouse owners: Access to all warehouses and items under their control.
• Warehouse Managers: Access limited to assigned warehouses.

1. Stock Entries
   • Record incoming stock such as purchases, transfers, or returns.
   • Define item, quantity, cost, and destination warehouse.
   • System updates stock levels automatically.
2. Stock Exits
   • Record outgoing stock such as usage, transfers, or damaged goods.
   • Automatically deduct stock from warehouse.
   • Ensures full traceability of movements.
3. Sales Operations
   • Record sales directly from inventory.
   • Link quantity and price to calculate total sales value.
   • Automatically updates stock levels.

1. The Global Inventory Report
   • Displays total stock, entries, exits, and sales values.
   • Provides warehouse-level summaries.
2. The Warehouse Reports
   • Separate reports for entries, exits, and sales.
   • Includes stock values per category.
   • Allows drill-down to item details.
3. The Item Reports
   • Item name, SKU, and unit of measure.
   • Quantity, unit cost, unit price, and total value.
   • Warehouse totals shown at the bottom.

1. Go to Inventory → Operations to manage stock operations:
   • Select New Entry, New Exit, or New Sale.
   • Fill in warehouse, item, quantity, and price details.
   • Save to update stock in real time.
2. Go to Inventory - Reports to view summaries:
   • Select Global, Entries, Exits, or Sales reports.
   • Filter by warehouse if needed.
   • Click View Items to see details.
