  • Vendor: Can publish and manage products or services.
  • Customer: Can browse, order, and interact with vendors.
  • Standard User: Limited features, ideal for browsing and messaging.

3. Main Features

  • Product & Service Listings: Discover, post, and manage a wide variety of products and services.
  • Orders: Place and manage orders for products or services directly through the platform.
  • Payments: Secure online payment system for processing orders.
  • Bookings: Reserve services or schedule appointments easily with vendors.

  • Reviews: Leave and read feedback about products, services, and vendors.

4. Payments and Subscription Plans

Only Vendors are required to subscribe to a payment plan in order to post products or services on HuniVerse.

  • Basic Plan: Vendors can post a small number of products or services for free. Ideal for trying out the platform.
  • Pro Plan: Allows vendors to post a higher number of products or services. Suitable for small businesses with moderate needs.
  • Premium Plan: Offers unlimited posting of products and services. Designed for professional vendors with large inventories or frequent updates.
  • Subscription Durations: Pro and Premium plans are available in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual options, giving vendors flexibility based on their goals.
  • Customers and Standard Users: Have free access to browse, interact, and use the platform without any subscription.

6. Publication & Tender Guidelines

Who Can Publish?

  • ✅ HuniVerse Staff: Can publish:
    • Official Announcements
    • Internal Tenders (recruitment & procurement)
    • External Publications & Tenders submitted manually
  • ✅ Registered Vendors: Can publish:
    • Official Announcements
    • Internal Tenders
    No additional fees if subscription is active.
  • ✅ External Individuals: May submit:
    • Publications and Tenders via platform
    Subject to payment and staff validation.

How to Publish?

  1. Log in or register on HuniVerse
  2. Go to “Submit a Publication”
  3. Select the type: Official, Tender, or External
  4. Fill out the form and attach any relevant files
  5. Make payment if required
  6. Wait for validation by HuniVerse staff
  7. Publication becomes accessible to the public

Who Can View Publications?

All validated publications and tenders are publicly available:

  • Anyone can browse and view details of publications
  • Restricted access possible for internal-only posts

7. Inventory Module – User Guide

Inventory Management – HuniVerse
Track all your stock in real-time, record operations (entries, exits, and sales), and generate detailed reports by warehouse or by item. Stay organized, reduce errors, and optimize your operations for many stores if needed with HuniVerse Inventory!

Overview

The Inventory module helps vendors, warehouse managers, and staff to register and monitor all stock activities.
It tracks movements (entries, exits, and sales) and calculates total values, ensuring real-time visibility across warehouses with access limits according to the roles in the system levels.
NB: The users with the active subscription payment plan don’t need to pay any additional fee in order to use this Module.

Roles & Access
  • Vendors / Warehouse owners: Full access to all warehouses and items under their control.
  • Managers / Staff: Access to warehouses they manage.
Core Activities
  1. Entries (Stock In) – Register incoming stock (purchases, transfers, returns).
  2. Exits (Stock Out) – Record outgoing stock (usage, transfers, damaged goods).
  3. Sales – Log sales operations, calculate values, reduce stock automatically.
Reports & Analysis
  1. Global Inventory Report – Total stock, values of entries/exits/sales, warehouse summaries.
  2. Warehouse Reports – Separate entries/exits/sales with item-level drill-down.
  3. Item Reports – Quantities, costs, prices, total values per warehouse.

The Data Consulting module provides organizations, NGOs, and businesses with tools and expertise to make informed, data-driven decisions. Our focus is on improving data collection, management, and reporting for impactful results.
