On this Integrated digital Ecosystem, marketplace and community platform, users can register as Vendors, Customers, or Standard Users. It enables the exchange of services, products, and ideas in a high-tech ecosystem.
2. Account Types
- Vendor: Can sell, publish and manage products or services.
- Customer: Can buy, browse, order, and interact with vendors.
- Standard User: Limited features, ideal for browsing and messaging. They can use the Community Open Market zone to Sell, to Buy or to publish freely without any subscription payment plan.

4. Payments and Subscription Plans
Only Vendors are required to subscribe to a payment plan in order to post products or services on HuniVerse.
- Basic Plan: Limited posting for free. Ideal for trying the platform.
- Pro Plan: Higher posting limits. Suitable for small businesses.
- Premium Plan: Unlimited posting. For professional vendors.
- Subscription Durations: Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual options.
- Customers and Standard Users: Free access to browse and interact.

Track all your stock in real-time, record operations (entries, exits, and sales), and generate detailed reports by warehouse or by item. Stay organized, reduce errors, and optimize your operations for many stores if needed with HuniVerse Inventory!
The Inventory management system, sales and reporting module helps vendors, warehouse managers, and staff to register and monitor all stock activities.
It tracks movements (entries, exits, and sales) and calculates total values, ensuring real-time visibility across warehouses with access limits according to the roles in the system levels.
NB: The users with the active subscription payment plan don’t need to pay any additional fee in order to use this Module.
- Vendors / Warehouse owners: Full access to all warehouses and items under their control.
- Managers / Staff: Access to warehouses they manage.

Entries (Stock In)
- Register all incoming stock (purchases, transfers, or returns).
- Define item, quantity, unit cost, and warehouse destination.
- System updates global and warehouse-level stock balances.

Exits (Stock Out)
- Record outgoing stock (usage, transfers, damaged goods, etc.).
- Deducts automatically from the selected warehouse.
- Maintains traceability of movements.

- Log sales operations directly from inventory.
- Links quantities with selling price and calculates total sales value.
- Reduces available stock automatically.

Global Inventory Report
- Displays total stock, total value of entries, exits, and sales.
- Provides warehouse-wise summaries with direct links to item lists.

Warehouse Reports
- Separate reports for Entries, Exits, and Sales.
- Includes total stock values (e.g., "Stock Value of Entries").
- Each report allows drilling down to item-level details.

Item Reports
- Item Name, SKU, Unit of Measure
- Quantity, Unit Cost / Unit Price, Total Value
- Totals per warehouse at the bottom.

Navigate to Inventory → Operations to record stock activities:
- Select New Entry, New Exit, or New Sale.
- Fill required details (warehouse, item, quantity, price/cost, etc.).
- Save to update real-time stock levels.

Navigate to Inventory → Reports to generate summaries:
- Choose Global, Entries, Exits, or Sales.
- Use Warehouse selector (for staff/managers) to filter data.
- Click View Items for warehouse-specific reports.

9.Community Open Market (Open & Free Marketplace)
The Community Open Market is a free and open space on HuniVerse where any
registered user can post products or services without paying a subscription.
This initiative fosters inclusivity, encourages community participation, and gives visibility
to individuals who may later want to upgrade to a Vendor Store.
- ✅ All users (even Standard Users) can Sell, Buy and post products, services and publications for free and interact directly by messaging.
- ✅ Posters must provide their email, phone number, and physical address.
- ✅ Each listing has a status (Not Yet Ordered / Already Ordered).
- 📩 Visitors can send direct messages to the poster.
- 🛍️ If the poster has a Vendor Store, visitors can view it directly.
- ⚠️ If no Vendor Store exists, visitors will see: "This user does not have a vendor store on HuniVerse."
- 🔍 Posts are searchable and filterable by category, subcategory, or keyword.
- 📄 Pagination makes browsing easier.
- 🛡️ Only HuniVerse Staff can delete posts.
👉 The Community Open Market acts as a gateway for future vendors.
Users who start here can later upgrade to a Vendor Store Subscription for more
visibility, a personalized store page, and business credibility.

through HuniVerse staff management. Suppliers can use the online submission form or contact HuniVerse staff
via email, phone, or in person if they need assistance. The staff ensures proper listing, verification, and guidance.
